We’ll be releasing Mark-Anthony Turnage’s 2nd Quartet, ‘Contusion’ with the NMC label. The work is based on Sylvia Plath’s last poem before her suicide. We were awarded the best performance prize for this work at the Wigmore Hall International SQ Competition and Turnage subsequently revised the piece and dedicated it to us.
